Welcome to Poolside Golf. By using this app, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language — no legalese.

What Poolside Golf is

Poolside Golf is a tournament pool tracker. It lets friend groups draft PGA Tour players each week and track scores together. It is a social tool for entertainment purposes.

What Poolside Golf is not

Poolside Golf does not facilitate wagering, hold funds, process payments, or operate as a gambling platform. Any stakes among pool participants are informal agreements between those individuals and are entirely outside the scope of this app. We track scores. What you do with that information is your business.

Your account

Access to a pool is granted by a pool administrator via an invitation link or SMS code. You are responsible for keeping your login link secure. Sharing your link gives another person access to your pool picks.

SMS consent

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on the sign-in screen, you agree to receive SMS messages from Poolside Golf, including one-time login codes and tournament notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Acceptable use

Use Poolside Golf for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to manipulate scores, impersonate other pool members, or reverse-engineer the app. Pool admins may remove members at their discretion.

Availability

We do our best to keep Poolside Golf running, especially during tournament weeks. We're a small team and can't guarantee uptime. We're not liable for missed picks due to outages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
